Is the jewellery real sterling silver?
Yes, all of our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver, with optional 18k gold or rose gold plating. No mystery metals here.
Can I customise my necklace?
Absolutely. Most of our designs are made to order — choose your name, your language (Arabic, English, Greek, or hieroglyphics), and even your finish.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Personalized pieces typically take 3–5 business days to craft, plus delivery:
- UK: 1–3 days
- UAE / GCC: 2–5 days
- Rest of World: 5–10 days
Will I get a preview before you make it?
Yes. We send you a digital preview of your custom piece so you can approve it before we begin production.
Do you accept returns?
For custom pieces: returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective.
For non-custom jewellery: you may return within 14 days of receiving your order, unused and in original packaging.
